Got to say well done to a few folk!
Fraser Buchan came 1st in Children 1 in the Welsh Championship out in France. Scott Buchan came first at the Lecht Bairns race, Tom Crockart came 3rd and Shona Rankin won a gold medal in the younger age group in the same race!
Well done to all the Bairns who took part in the Lecht race!
On the coaching front, former race trainees Rosie Gray, John McCook and Rory Armour all passed their BASI 1 course.
Well done to all of you…… Great achievements..

Well done to all the trainees that made it up this weekend to kick off the 2010 CSC training programme, particularly those that waited at glenmore on Saturday morning – they were rewarded with some super powder skiing that afternoon.
Over the weekend everyone skied about the mountain making use of the great snow conditions. It was good to see that most of you allready had your skiing legs and had obviously been practising. Good stuff. Try and remember what you are working on for this weekend – particularly the older race trainees. There is a good chance that the races will run in a few weeks time.

It was a crackin weekend of skiing folks, good to see you all up and sliding around again. shame that there was all the faff on sat mornin, but we got up in the end. no doubt will see you all again next weekend for some more optimum gorm shred. keep a wary eye out fur the badgers though, definite increase in activity given snow conditions.

..Yandra, Rosie, Kirsty, Angus, Sarah and Lewis were all spotted up Cairngorm this week……were you there?
