Yo team, firstly the lecht bairns has been postponed due to lack of snow. As well as this, training is not going to happen on saturday as weather forecast doesn’t look great. Instead we will be running a dryland and tuning session for my bairns at either dalfaber or glenmore lodge at 9:30. check the csc website or here tomorrow for venue confirmation, bring any ski tuning kit you own along with you.. it’d be great if all of you and your parents could make it to the tuning session… Check the csc website tomorrow for details on sundays training… cheers

Hope you all had a good week at School. Well the snows pretty hard up there so you’ll be needing sharp edges. Ask your parents to help you. The snows melted from last week, but there’s still plenty for us to train on. See you tomorrow or Sunday.

Hello bairns, hope you had a good week. weather looks good for the weekend, the snow is pretty hard and icy at the moment so sharp skis all. We’ll try and get some gates this weekend, probably stubbies as well as some technical stuff. Entry forms are now up for the Lecht Bairns next Saturday if you didn’t already know.
See you saturday
News on Easter Training
April 9th, 2011 by snowbadger · No Comments · Uncategorized
Yo Cairngorm Ski Clubbers, hope yer all well. Here’s the crack for easter training. The snow is very limited up on the hill, but we will ski for as long as we can, there may be day or two where we go away on the bikes to wolftrax or do some fitness or something else. We’ll play it by ear and may have to cut it short, but we’ll make every effort to get as much done as possible. On Monday we’ll meet in the T-Bar at 8:30ish and aim to leave about 8:45. Normal finish 3:30 and as usual it all depends on the weather and snow. The blog will be where we put any info about training, so keep checking it… For the WHOLE week! Anyhoo, enjoy yer weekend and we’ll see you monday.

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say really well done on saturday, we were really impressed by the number of CSC bairns that entered that has to be the largest in years. Also I’m so so happy you all enjoyed and made the most out of the opportunity. Hopefully you’ll all enter again next year and there’s the club fun race this weekend. Stick in at school and get ready for the last weekend of training.

yo grommies, sorry this is up so late. tomorrow, bib collection in the t-bar for 8:30 with a 9:30 inspection, so i advise you to be up there for 8:15/20. they are looking to run a 3 run race with the best 2 times countin, but they might end up only doing 2 runs.that is the plan but we will prepare to be flexible with the inspection time and race schedule! i’ll be up there early to help set, but i will catch you in the t-bar before bib collection. see you tomorrow
